Calculus tutoring — common questions
How much does calculus tutoring cost?
A flat $20 per hour. Your first hour is free, with no card required. There are no packages, sign-up fees, or minimums.
Who do you tutor?
Any college or high school student taking calculus, anywhere. I'm a student at the University of Texas at Austin and tutor university students in Calculus 1 and Calculus 2 courses as well as high schoolers taking AP Calculus AB/BC.
Are sessions online or in person?
Sessions are one-on-one over Zoom with a digital whiteboard, so you can meet from campus, home, or anywhere.
What calculus topics do you cover?
Limits, derivatives, related rates, optimization, integrals, techniques of integration, sequences and series, Taylor and Maclaurin series, power series, and parametric and polar curves.
Can you help me study for an exam or finish homework?
Yes. Send your homework, worksheet, or exam review when you book — you can even upload photos of the problems — and the session is built around exactly those questions.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel any time up to one hour before your session for a full automatic refund. Your confirmation email includes the cancel link.
